internet radio stations
Post by honda-hardy » Tue Oct 23, 2012 11:33 pm
i wanted to put this in the external links section but it would not let me.
whilst at work bored i thought that i would make a thread about internet radio.
so perhaps if anyone wants to add then go ahead add to the list much like in a meet thread.
i would like to make this just a posting of station thread not a discussion on who likes what and who thinks other tastes of music is rubbish.
post if you feel a station hits your preverbial spot.
1, http://www.techno.fm genre= techno and trance.

^^^yes mate that was the 'eclectic' few hours.
they play cover versions you wish had been hits and original's from across the ages. I heard some really old blues once (like 6 guys, a woman and some chains for precussion
) right next to foo fighters everlong.
Its all i ever played in my cafe and i always had people coming through asking what the music was.

I like http://www.jango.com
Its not an actual radio station, but does call itself 'internet radio' so close enough for me.
You choose artists that you like and it generates a random playlist from their music, interspersed with tracks from new artists. If you dont like any song you can simply skip or ask for the track / musician not to be played again. If you do like then can add to your playlist.
