It's usually 10w40 semi or 5w40 fully synth people use. You'll need a 5l bottle, and a change will use over 4 iirc.

Hey! What happened to the word filter? It's VTEC not VTEC chum.

I believe fully synth oil is better for low mileage engines.
Most Prelude owners use 10 W40. Some swear by fully synth though so give it a go.

I think it's about 4.8 litres you need pal. :D

Personally I use 5w40 fully synthetic, though in the past I did use 0w40 (Mobil new life) but it is more expensive with no noticeable benefits over the 5w40 (Mobil 3000) I've been using.

People recommend Fuchs Titan Race Pro S as a good oil to use, but it depends on the grade of the oil more than anything. Which particular oil are you looking at and what mileage is your car on?

Someone on here will be able to tell you if it is a good match.

I've always used Pro S, since back when it was Silkolene. Not cheap though, about £45 for 5L?
