Beastie Boys member died :'(

Post by Donald » Fri May 04, 2012 6:51 pm

RIP Adam Yauch init.

I love Beastie Boys! 33 year long music career and 40m albums sold... doubt it'll get the same attention as other recent deaths in the music industry, but Shitney and her 170m records can do one because she never had a music video with a giant robot.

Also that is an epic tune. They have a good few memorable tracks over the years imo. Wonder if there is any on my iPod for my journey home in the car after work.....

RIP. I think that this is sadder for me than MJ, Houston, Winehouse n all them dying as I grew up with the Beastie Boys, and they were the "inappropriate" music of my youth in the town I lived in, and I used to love all the kids in the school being a bit shocked that I was listening to Beastie Boys
