potential rally car

Well the local leukemia research historic rally is coming up and this year there is a class for more modern cars tagging on to it so i think it would be rude of me not to enter in a prelude.
Now seen as half of this rally is run at night and the 4th gen has bum droppings headlights it means im forced to buy a 5th gen. Must be manual and h22 but condition wise is not important.
Cheaper the better whats about then ?

Edit. Actually id prefer a manual 3rd gen

Although the 4th gen headlights are jobby, could you not get one of those crazy pods of spot lights that bolts on the bonnet?? That'd be proper cool

Road rallying rules state a maximum of 4 forward facing lights. Which means 2 spotlights and a pair of 3rd or 5th gen headlights.
4th gen has 2 lights in 1 cluster so no spotlights.
