Bushings and other bits

Post by Daniel » Mon Jun 16, 2014 9:10 pm

Help would be great guys as i'd prefer to get this right 1st time around,

as its nearing the end of the month I will be splashing out on the Type S...

One of the things I will be doing is all the suspension maintenance and I was wondering where the type s owners out there get their bushings drop links etc and are they the same as the 2.2 vti..

I will be replacing drop links, arb bushings and track rod ends. Are these the same as the VTI or will mine be type s specific ??

Cheers Dan

Yeah, Nitin does that. But most weekends, I think.

Sorry - Good luck with it. I'm sure someone who knows what they're doing will be along soon.

Anyone !!!!

I was onto energy suspension and the guy there is unsure if the SH kit will fit the type s .. He said the left front would but that is all the info he could give me. Could i check the sh part numbers and see if they matched with the type s. And if so how could I find a full list for either car

SH = Super Handling... which means atts

the problem is when you have the ukdm car you have to mix with 5th and 4th gen poly kits
