Welcome to LG!! A local motor factors will be able to get you a cheap set of discs and pads or you can find them on Ebay.
5th gen 2L brembo front discs £46 delivered http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/HONDA-PRELUDE ... 5af928d74b
5th gen 2L Mintex front brake pads £21 delivered http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/HONDA-PRELUDE ... 3f17f4e566
4th gen (4th gen and 2L 5th gen rears are the same, @Indigolemon that is correct isn't it?) Delphi rear discs £37 delivered http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Honda-Prelude ... 2ec9ffda5b
5th gen 2L Mintex rear brake pads £15 http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Honda-Prelude ... 461091339e
Also make sure you check (or get checked) the condition of the sliders in the calipers. These commonly seize.

Re: brake discs and pads
Why spend £30 more? Merlin's suggestion is a good one
plus names you know. The rear discs I got from Brakes Int... I don't even know what they are, some name I'd never heard on the box.

New dics and pads were deliverd the next day me and a mate fitted on the weekend, my mate who is fairly experienced with brake systems was happy with them , a few of the pads we had to file down the tops to slot them in the pad holders which we dicovered 3 of the 4 clips on the pad holders are missing so got to find them and order but all worked well
