I stumbled on it by accident while I was searching for the name and artist of a happy hardcore track I was remembering...
It goes weeeeeee , so I searched for something like "hardcore track weee" in google and the first video came up as a the top hit

(I think the one I was thinking of is a DJ stompy track btw, but wanted to confirm)
