Not too​ far off, need to:
Replace driveshaft seal
Paint box
Put on fly & mark fly
Put on clutch
Put on box
Finish oil temp & pressure wiring
Put in engine & box
Plumb
Top up fluids with cheap stuff
Buy pads & disks for new brakes & fit all
Attempt start...

I think that's it. If it works. Celebrate. A lot.

If not. Fix. A lot.

Otherwise, tune, hope it still hasn't shat itself then celebrate again. Or fix. Or rebuild.

Run in for a few hundred miles.

Replace all fluid for good shiz.

and if you notice in the first picture, a set of keys on the box. no they are not mine. yes, i found them in the packaging amongst all the wrapping ... someone JDM guy will be thinking "where the bloody hell are my keys...?"

anyway, onto more important things. gearbox needed painting so cleaned it up a bit with degreaser

getting there with the primer


a couple of coats of heatproof paint


then heatproof laquer. much better



next i need to take the engine off the stand and onto a pallet to fit the fly, clutch and box....
