It was my DIY skills!
As u have noticed before i split the new gasket AND now its leaking air :shock: :o :(

I have also ask garage to clean the Idle Speed Valve too :D



Will report back when Luke s booked in next Wed ...

At last a solution, hopefully, let me know the final diagnosis, although mines not playing up at the moment.

Shame never got to point to prove my throttle body cleaning skills fixed the problem :(

But with BOTH throttle body gasket + Idle speed valve cleaned by Wed afternoon - hopefully they (or either) was the cause of the rev-ving... :Hello:

Hope u get it fixed as summer is just round the corner (or already there for u)

Luke s go into garage today (re-gasket throttle body + speed idle)

I was going to buy another paper gasket from Honda.
But told garage to use this instead:

Luke s back from garage!

Throttle body gasket fixed!
Idle speed valve cleaned!

Problem still there ! :(
Garage said might just need something like ECU resetting?


Back to Honda specialist then :( :( :(
