HX7 you can get in 10W-40 semi, Ultra is fully and AFAIK you can't get 10W-40.

Yep, the website says Helix Ultra is only 5W-40 or 5W-30

Helix HX7 is semi-synthetic

I use Royal Purple 5w30 Fully Syn. -Engine has 106k miles and is my daily driver. I havnt ever noticed a drop in oil level either. I do change the oil & filter every 4k- 6k though.

Haha, no it's definitely a bright red. What colour would you say Helix is? Do you have any other favourite colours that might interest me?

Well I just put 10w40 Magnatec in mine this morning, and it hasn't exploded.

That's about all the input I have

well i put helix in mine and it was gold

and when i took it back out again it was phantom grey pearl the same colour as my lude

just make sure you change it before it is granada black

Thankyou Dbo. Gold is the sort of colour that interests me. Was it Helix HX7 semi though?? There's gold, and then there's gold plated. Which is it Sir?
