Picked up coilovers the other day! BC BR's, picked them up from Fensport :)

Unfortunately the tyres on the EOW wheels now rub too much so need to either reconsider wheels or try to find a better tyre size. So currently back on the Enkeis until then. :?

That is an option... There's an arch roller sitting in the rear footwell :P so going to try that and go from there. It's not even all the way down yet.

We fitted the coilovers and it was an 'ok' gap - I could fit a finger in ( ) but on a soft-medium setting and on our crap British roads it catches on dips, bumps, catseyes... Straight smooth roads it was fine, but on lock while turning too it would catch. The rears are actually fine but the fronts poke a bit more.

I kind of prefer silver wheels on it too now :? they brighten the whole car up a lot more than the black... So if the EOW stay I think they'll be being powdercoated silver

Do like those EOW's. This thing is growing on me.

I don't know why, but for some reason I think a slanty side-exit exhaust just in front of rear wheels would look awesome on this. Probably just me :?

Not just you that would look awesome

Plan for now is just a simple, subtle little 'boso' style tip, up and out at an angle.

The bB got it's first boo boo on Friday too... went to pick up some PS13 parts for a friend in what can only be described as 'the ghetto' of High Wycombe. Down a road wide enough for one car - with high kerbs and cars parked on the sides. Bruce was driving, went up a drop kerb to park on the kerb so nobody would catch the car trying to squeeze past and caught the splitter :( luckily it's just a scuff through the paint and it's right on the underside curve so I can touch it in with a paintbrush. The rest of the evening was spent reliving a certain scene from 'The Inbetweeners' "sorry, sorry, sorry, so sorry"

I'm not even sure this road was a public road, it was like someone had built a slum in a secret little area and nobody had found out yet, it was terrifying

That thing is pretty low.

Could have been worse...could have pushed it into a lake....

Maybe hold off on the other tweaks and invest in some armour plate if you're going to these places?

Boso? Hmm. Interesting.

 I don't plan on ever going anywhere remotely like that again!

And yeah basically this, but a LOT smaller and more subtle!
