What's the best way to know if the 4ws light has been removed?
What's the best way of knowing if the system is working? Does it turn the rear wheel whilst stationary?

The rear wheels will move when stationary, if you put full lock on you should be able to see it.
It's pretty easy to take the cluster out and check, it's only 6 screws.

When you turn the ignition on the 4WS light will be on, then go out when you start it up. That will at least tell you if it's working IF there's a bulb in there.Izanagi wrote:What's the best way to know if the 4ws light has been removed?

Bit easier than taking the cluster out
I did some investigating with mine and turns out i have a cluster from a 2ws model. That would explain the 6200rpm redline.

Would a Lude with the usual bolt ons. be a reasonable car for track days? I intend to go to a couple when I feel confident with the car. My mate who's car went up in flames is currently building a civic coupe with a B18 in it. He suggests I should follow suit. I'm guessing the lude will still be quicker than then coupe but will it be inferior in the bends?
Edit *** I'm talking about a 5th Gen at least a 2.2vti spec

That's what I was thinking. But I'm sure he is under the assumption because his will be stripped and lighter.
