I'll start again ;)

Did you replace the front lower control arms after you slammed into the kerb?

Answer is No. I was two ways, why i didn't change them. First one: because they looking good for eye. And second: because i thought, if they will be bent than will be no chance to do alignment properly.

Was rear roll bar refitted when on the ground? Sure it has to be underload when fitted.

I removed the tanabe anti roll bar and put the stock back on. Did the same thing. I have come to the conclusion my issue is the hardrace toe arms. They use rose joints instead of ball joints. Plus mine handled fine. Just uncomfortable in a straight line.

Well, all bolts, where the arms bushings are, i tighten when car was standing on the ground. But how i've done anti roll bar, i can't remember .
Did anti roll bar bushes hold bar that tight, bar shouldn't just twist it self in them ?

What exactly was wrong with it ?
I'm really surprised, that is any matter. All my life i was sure, anti roll bar stabilizes the tilt of the car in the corner.

the arb can be done either up in the air or on its wheels the only stipulation is that both sides have to be either up or both down

Depends what kind of alignment was done. The fronts could still be toed in even with bent arms.

So, what is the best way to check it , loosen both sides and tight them again ?
