mr_drc: the reason, why I need AC - car is black - this is only summer car and during summer we have pretty hot (yesterday 31 degrees)

engine has been given better timing and balance belt with manual tensioner

all brackets and engine mounts were blasted and powder coated

You can buy electrolysis kits to refurb your nuts and bolts, it's a small detail but it looks great 8-)

Never heard of it.. Bit late but good to know! They would need to be rust free though..

The engine mount rubbers, are they in good shape?
After all those years I would replace them for energie suspention or innovative mounts.

You can use an acid bath to clean up the bolts/fittings before plating them :)

engine mount rubbers are in good shape, but I used mounts (I don´t remember what brand)

I´m glad that you like my work ;)

I thought about electrolysis kits, but cheap are crap
acid bath is my method (old school) ;) and after cleaning on wire wheel till all mess and old zink is off

next I moved on underbody (refub all parts)
had a one prelude for spare parts but with 4ws, so the challenge started  SWAP it ( rear subframe, front steering needs to be chanced and electric parts with sensor installed also connected with ABS)
