I was thinking more this kind of figment but less camber and then arches on top, that Celica is ridiculous lol, I need a bit of stretch tho, what size would be sensible for the tyres you think guys?

Exactly that ^^^ If you're going to the effort/cost of getting the arches modified to suit, why not do it properly? ;-)

Because I wanted to go quite low I pressumed a needed some stretch lol but I may be advised differently, I used to have 9.5j on my s14 with 235 35 18 , so maybe 235 40 17 would be more sensible here?

The only time you would ever "need" to stretch a tyre on to a rim is if you'd have rubbing issues that you can't get away with, but as it stands you're planning on modifying your arches completely and as far as I can tell you haven't bought any wheels or tyres yet... So why not plan to do the job correctly and run the correct size tyre for whatever width rim you decide to go with?
