That's a good result I tried lots of things to soften the leather a little, my best results came from olive oil left to soak for a few days then clean up with autoglym leather care kit

It took a few micro fibre cloths to clean - white cloths turned dark brown in no time! Ewwww!

Leathers seats overall in great condition - a bit hard and dry though - hopefully the leather clean lotion has soften it now.

Looking into maybe re-trimming that ripped driver seat ...

I used Maguires on mine, umpteen coats, and left to dry for several days, then buff . After several weeks, they looked as dry and cracked as beforehand.

Not beyond salvation, as less leather damage as yours. Just cracks due to drying out in the sun over the years. Whilst my seats were out, I took them to an upholsterer locally, as both seats had stitching coming apart. He repaired both fronts for 90 quid plus the dreaded, cheap, but good job. No longterm solution found, but open to suggestions. Olive oil sounds good.

Any pics of your seats dried/cracked?

Mine is very dried in the rear - as though it s made from tree bark!
Fronts are nice and soft to touch

Maybe too dried beyond returning them to suppleness?

I am off to an auto upholstery course next week - will see if I can do a few things myself. Though without an industrial sewing machine - retrimming a leather car seat is out of the question
