As above. I had Koni yellows for years, was very pleased with them and mine (I think K-sports?) had the height adjust too.
Bear in mind however, that different springs will give a different drop.
For example, I had Tanabe GF210 springs, which billed as 40mm drop and thats about what they ended up at, without further/any adjustment of the damper itself.
