Re: Another Track 4th gen - Stainless exhaust fitted

Well guys, hello again.

Go the zaust fitted today courtesy of my mate. Got this exhaust off a jdm lude in the scrappy for £00.00p  ;).

We had to add some pipe on then weld a flange on the end to mate it up to the downpipe, but he is a pro at fitting exhaust's now, and same with a welder. A+ spot on work I must admit 8-) :D

Got it fitted and sealed, took it for a drive and drokk me  :o what a difference that made. This thing pulls even harder now and will hit the limiter in no time at all. TBH it scared the jobby out of me at first   . I couldn't keep up with the fecking gear changes  .
The noise this thing makes now I can only describe as the sound of a rally car on full chat!! This thing is so fast compared to my daily. :scaredtoss: :jdm:

So I am pretty chuffed with the result, free exhaust and fitted for free, uber 8-).

Also put an MOT on it on Friday, passed with no problem apart from the front callipers seizing up  :x.
Not long now chaps until japfest and as usual I am leaving everything to the last min.

Cheers chaps :D :D

Yea part of an mot is get an assistant to pressurise the brake system. That's what caused to front drivers side to lock almost solid, Left side is stiffening up also. Will strip them down next week :D :D
The rears pulled up spot on on the brake tester.

On another note on how fast this lude feels, I took the matey that fitted my exhaust out in it on the test drive, It completely took him by surprise on how it performed, so much so that he is now looking for a prelude
