The Type-S? That was only ever OBDII.
I am sorry if I have jumped in here (unfamiliar in what you are doing / have already done). You will need to do a few things to get the H22a2 to work in your car or figure workarounds. Off the top of my head:
Fit the OBDII injectors to the H22a2
swap the VTEC solenoids (if the Type-S one does not have the oil pressure sensor on it, the H22a2 does have an oil pressure sensor on the VTEC solenoid Edit- I suppose you simply dont attach it
)
Have you though what you are going to do about MAP sensor? (the Type-S will have it on the TB whereas the H22a2 has one mounted externally on the firewall)
Retrofit a knock sensor to the H22a2 or the Type-S ECU will throw a code.
Do you have the H22a2 gearbox strengthening brackets and flywheel cover plate? On the 5th gen it uses a load bridge to attach to the gearbox and increases strength, I suppose the Type-S probably has a different method of attachment, but you'll still need the strengthening brackets and flywheel cover plate for the H22a2.
If you want to use your old dizzy and alternator you will have to use a 5th gen engine loom.

I realy tought it was obd1 because it doesbt have an immobilizer
But than its more work to do

It doesn't have much to do with the harnesses, it is the difference between OBDI and OBDII. OBDI engines have a simple set of sensors that the ECU uses to calculate how to run the engine. OBII engines have a further layer of sensors on top of what OBDI engines have.
If you use an OBDII ECU with an OBDI engine the OBDII ECU will "freak out" as it cannot see a load of sensors it needs to run the engine. Most people swapping OBDI engines into 5th gens never run into this set of problems as they generally use OBDI tunable ECU's (P28, P30, P72 + Hondata S300 etc...).
The extra layer of sensors in OBDII systems is also the reason why the 5th gen responds much less to engine mods (in comparison with the 4th gen), the ECU is constantly trying to pull the engine back to OEM specs.

No probs. I took a quick look on the net about OBDI -> OBDII conversion and I saw a couple of pages that said you need to swap the oil pump
