Depends on the track, temperature on the day, the tyres you use, how you drive, and the cooling down procedure you follow. I almost get a year out of my brakes (pads and discs) and thats taking the calipers apart 2 or 3 times a year for maintenance. If you dont keep on top of them the sliders/pads will get stuck and destroy your disc and pads as well as crap braking.spudep91 wrote:also whats the ware like on them pads, how many track days would u get
Here is what my discs look like after a year (typically 6-8 track days), heat cracked to fook. Imagine what would have happened if they were drilled discs?


The Hawk HP+ are good from cold. Until recently I used them on my road Lude as well.

I have done a track day with these and were awesome - highly recommended
I had very little brake fade and they were always on point when i braked
(of course this will depend on the rest of the braking system (i.e. condition of your calipers, fluid discs etc)
They work really well on the road and when they are cold too
They do dust alot though, ive noticed my wheels get covered with dust very quickly with these pads
