Do they list them on the Halfords website? Now the lucnhtime trip is Halfords -> B&Q -> Kwik Fit :lol:

think they were in a pack of 5 (i think) if no joy at halfords (think halfords is best bet as its where i got mine) or b-q may do the crimp type but the sizes would be limited.


oh yeh they were not cheap for what they are. cant remember now but remember thinking f******hell, but then i am stingy :lol:

I don't think B&Q do them (they just gave me a blank stare - "METAL ones?"). I found some at a petrol station that doubles as the largest car accessory shop on the Isle of Man (as they put it). Haven't seen any at any motorfactors I've been to.

But yeah, they are expensive!

If its the right part Im not bothered too much about cost. Although I had to pass on the offer of my local motorfactors to get me a pack of 25 :shock: :lol:

What size are you looking for mate? I can get most sizes, not sure what the goin rate it's for them? Ill do a very fair price tho.

Biggest problem I've had in the past was to find the tool to pull them tight, it looks a little like a tin opener!

Halfords came up trumps 8-) I got some metal cable ties there. The metal ones will be able to be puller tighter without snapping. Some reppage for Littlefeller :D

Ive got a set of oem cv boot tie bands if your still needing - i decided to go with the crimp type ones - might have one of them kicking about as well. Let me knwo and i will go check
