well I got round to taking the knock sensor off the lude and will say much easier with a longish breaker as its a bit thinner...then as Nick has said the lude it a round plug so scuppered that idea.

On to the accord I noticed the Knock plug was not in so thought ach its just pulled it out to stop error or bad running of the car. Popped it back in reset the ECU, serviced with the right oil, K&N filter on. Whilst lying under the car the main question was how the drok did the car pass an MOT. Oil leak coming from somewhere possibly the sump seal. Exhaust blowing at a dodgy dodgy weld for a new flexi, inner nearside shaft boot not sealed and almost dry. Had CV grease but no cable tie/CV clip big enough. No knocking coming from it yet so will do that this weekend before it goes too far.

Turns car on no EML light and no rough idle.
