Blue smoke is oil. Black smoke is overfuelling.
All H22's without a custom fuel map overfuel at high revs.

If it's oil, then Compression and/or leak down test would confirm if it's rings/valve seats. If they're OK then it's valve seals.
Is it worse when hot or cold?
