Interested in the steering wheel, what's the deal with the different air bag, and cruise control switches, are they all compatible? Cheers brandon

Yep fully compatile, i had it on my 5th gen for a year ish. It passed mot with no issues as it just looks standard

The steering wheel has a notch filed out so the preludes 4ws works ok.
There is a small hole cut out on the side of the steering wheel so you can mount the cruise control controls from you original steering wheel onto the side of it. (basically just unbolt then bolt onto this, just a bit fiddly)
Air bag plugs into the wiring ok too and horn just clips on too.
Heres a picture if it helps

Regards
Ostap

Hello, as far as i know the JDM cat is designed for the jdm measurements of the prelude type s.Max wrote:Do you know if the jdm cat would fit a type s?
It's 10 cm ish shorter than the standard one, and is much better flowing than the standard one.
When i get home i can get you some more concrete measurements if you like.
But unless somebody can chime in and say otherwise it should fit fine. I had it on my 5th gen H22A8 with the powerflow exhaust with no issues. Even passed MOT.... loud exhaust was an advisory though

Ah ok that would be perfect then but ive just figured out today that i might not need it, my alternator is dead which I've read can flag up a cat issue so im going to fix that first and if it doesn't fix the issue and i cant see any other things at fault ill give you a shout
