Will I not experience more flex / body roll unless I put in a rear strut bar ?

I would keep the parcel shelf, as I am keeping speakers in there.

I would recommend a rear (and front) strut brace.

@Merlin How did you get rid of that sound deadening??

I also removed all that metal and have done the 2ws conversion. Best thing i did to it was that. So much better on the track.

I'm not that concerned about weight. If I was, I'd start with getting rid of the fat git driving the car - me. Total weight gain by replacing existing sunroof assembly with the moonroof assembly is 5.5 pounds

On a cold day with a hammer and a chizzle.

Not got one planned yet. A mate and I are getting our cars ready together, and his is taking a little longer that desired. That said (as I have pretty much most of the parts I want), I suspect mine would be ready in a few months (once we get into the barn we are renting as a garage), so I might take it to a 'Novice' trackday, before her 'grand debut :D , to get a feel for how she is on a track. As I've been around Brandshatch in my '04 Civic Type-S (first and only time I've been on a track), it might be good to try and go on the same track on the prelude to see the different.

Also, as I am an absolute novice at working on cars (the mechanical side of it), I'm very reliant on my mate being available to show me what to do. He's been great with everything so far, and has already helped me a lot with my Civic and the Prelude (and probably saved me tidy sum in not having to pay a garage labour to do stuff).
