Its the same as if theres no rear seats or seat belts, even though they were there out the factory, if theres a seat there its got to have a belt, but no seats obviously no belts needed

does this mean I can leave my decat in lol

Im afraid not as all cars after a certain age have to have a cat due to some winey environmental bull crap..
