Which is the best generation Prelude?

I Like the retroness of the 2g, the lines of the 4g and the Fold down rear seats of the 5g

3G's are lovely and what got me interested in Prelude's when they came out (Yes I am that old). Not so keen on the looks of 2nd or 4th, but I can appreciate how distinctive the 4th is especially and why people like 'em. 5th's look great and have the poke too so... hmmm. Maybe I like third best, but I'd always rather own a 5th.

(Ideal would be 5th with pop up headlights? No - ideal is probably a 3rd with a red top H22A

Having said all that, I've only driven the 5th, and I tend to go by driving cars the most, so ignore me.
(Jesus I knew this would be contentious but I'm arguing with myself here

)

They are all rusty jobby(with a few exceptions) So its down to what you like the look of best and pouring money at it.
3rd is a nice retro car
4th(which I have looks more of a sports car
5th absolutely no comment.

1st gen for it's retro cool
4th gen for it's....well... everything really

Those are my personal favourites but I do of course like the others for what they are
