If not try orange juice. Nuff ascorbic acid, look for a high percentage of L-ascorbic acid or vitamin C. Dem antioxidants.

only if they are gas shocks. if they are oil filled they will not rise.

now they are moving you should be able to get the penetrating oil in and work them back and forth til they free up. might take a while though.

What the others have said, plus any cleaners with butyl or limonene/d-limonene are good at removing grime etc.
