Will a compete JDM 5th gen 2.2 exhaust fit on a UK 5th gen 2.2 ?

Yes if it's manifold -> the end. Mixing and matching is where the problems occur.

as long as the complete exhaust includes the cat/decat

Cat's and mid sections are different lengths

i think the question being asked is will a FULL EXHAUST, manilold, downpipe, cat/decat, centre section and rear box fit off 1 5th gen onto another if its ukdm or jdm are they interchangeable ? as a complete system.
