maybe but its hollow doubt ther would be enough material

the other option would be to cut a section out and weld it back together, it would be cheaper aswell as it will only require someone with a mig welder rather than a lath (which would be a PITA to set up!) !

I too have a welder. Doesn't mean I can weld though! :lol:

It's still in it's box - £35 Lidl job to learn on one day.
