I was never able to find any of the later seasons on DVD.
From what I remember when it was on TV, Wade was captured by the Cromags and sent to their baby farm to knock out hybrids.
The sliders made it back to their homeworld, but the Cromags had invaded.
I could be wrong about all this. It was over 15 years ago I watched it.

I'm with Lovefilm and usually get batches of TV series delivered to your door - great way of doing things and to watch older things one after the other and not a week for the next episode. Been through:
- 24 - all series except the last
- Peep show - ended up buying a box set - still funny rewatching
- The Wire Series 1-5 - Amaaazing for a US series, has lots of great English actors all playing some main american characters too.
- IT Crowd - Also ended up buying a box set!
- Lost (literally LOST the will to live at the end of it all though!)
- Heroes
I'd recommend doing the above rather than spending loads on box sets and watching them once. We get films too mind to break things up.
As for recent TV:
- Big Bang Theory too - seems to be the natural progression from Friends for E4 now. Sheldon is such a good character!
- Always watch Simpsons, Family Guy and American Dad no matter if they are repeats, just easy fun watching!
Need to decide on the next series to watch. Walking dead 1st series was awesome, havn't watched the 2nd yet so will probably stick that on the list. Any other suggestions, not too much into all this CIS, CSI stuff on C5 and the like though.

I just joined LoveFilm yesterday, but only the streaming option (mostly for the PS3). But I noticed some of the online streaming isn't availabe on the PS3! For example Torchwood is available for streaming online, but not on the PS3
They have Firefly to rent, I've been meaning to watch it since forever, but not to stream
And my package is unlimited streaming only, no postage.
