No the cover is the airbag. The cover is moulded to the airbag so the weak seam in the middle splits upon explosion and not fire the trim into Nitin in the passenger seat.

You go under the dash. I forgot to mention you need to lower the glove box.
Once under you will see the yellow plug. And you will see the 3 bolts. Just feel around.
The airbag then pushes out towards the screen.

If you remove the airbag you will left with a nasty hole! Unless you can get a CF plate made up to fill that space. That would looks awesome.

Why do you want to remove it anyway? Surely it doesn't weigh that much :P

The airbag weights around 8-10kg. They are heavy.

Thank you very much Doggo, to me its a sexy beast but she not perfect, she looks good in pics but in person she's been abused ;) :lol: :lol: :lol: deff no show car. but she puts a smile on my face every time i drive her 8-)
