New 5g owner

Hi all,

Just purchased/rescued/discovered a chrystal blue 1999 on a T, 2.0i with Motegi kit (but strangely 16" wheels) with only 32k genuine miles and one previous careful owner and then the guy I brought it from (who abused it).
The interior is immaculate, it has heated seats, air con, electric sunroof it has central locking but it isn't remote.
It needed a new wing and a new door. Ive repaired the wing but it was only a rattle can job, its ok but will probably keep an eye out for a door the same colour. I have changed the wing, again just rattled can'd to the same colour, at least its dent free at the moment.

Just got to fully service it now (abusive owner hadn't done it at all) also I have a knicking sound from the front (damaged wing side) when i pull away or go over a speed bump, not sure what it is.

Any advice about this car is really appreciated, cam belt etc

I've posted about mpg problems on another thread, only got 210 instead of 300, all urban careful driving.

Welcome over.
2.0i only came with 16" wheels from stock even in Motegi form.

Does anyone have an induction kit fitted as I expect they sound great?

They sound good, but most are bum droppings.

Most people either go for a oem airbox from a type s prelude and fit a decent panel filter such as a K&N, or they fit a aem long reach induction kit that locates the filter behind the front bumper (where the resonator box is).
