So side on it would look like
Caliper|Piston|Brake Pad1| Disc |Brake Pad2|SHIM|Caliper
As the calipers are floating it should self adjust right

There is also a very close match of disc from an Accord Type V - 25mm thick, same size and PCD. Just need to make up 3mm then - so you could actually use some spare pad shims.
I would say though that the twin pistons out of the coupe V6, will be fair newer than the ludes. Check the condition of them as they might be worth buying as a cheaper option of recon calipers.

I'd haggle saying you found some elsewhere for cheaper and see if they'll come down or price match. Start of cheeky!

Ringing around breakers for the Legends I bought I got prices around the £150 mark, cheapest was £110 for a pair until some individual (not a breaker/scrap yard) gave me an offer of £35 per caliper. But we're talking a 1993 Legend, they needed refurbing with a new seal/boot kit. Which is why I think the Coupe option being a newer car should be better condition and thus worth that little bit more.
See what deal they're willing to do, explain what they're for and that the same brakes you can get off other models for cheaper and see what they're willing to consider.

They fit very well, no grinding needed. I tried them. Thirst studied measurements, then got used one to measure on my Prelude and then bought new ones and measured again. They fit perfectly in the center of 28T bracket

By the way, mine are NSX 282mm calipers. I have just got new Accords discs, but now started thinking of putting ATR bracket and put 300/25 mm discs from Civic Type R EP3

About the price - I think 150 pounds is too expensive. You can get Accord Type R 300mm calipers for 120 pounds. Two years ago I got Legend calipers for 50 pounds (very good condition), but later sold them. And no matter how good condition you get (well, unless they are freshly rebuilt), I would sandblast them, repaint ant put all new rubber seals.
