Yes, that was my one. With some professional help it could have looked really good.

I made the new cover out of an old DVD case and some sticky-backed plastic.

LOL, ok not a myth but they weren't a factory option, someone has modded the light at some point in time

I have 2 both have a big sticky Double faced sticker to attach them to the defunct red high level rear light, if you remove that without taking the Prelude green stuff off you can get the effect your after (and remove the red lense)

I did one in vinyl, it's not hard, just you need layer for the light not to show through, so your's would be a better option

If anyone does need a piece of black vinyl with the logo reversed out of it, I think I still have a spare one lying around from when I got mine made up. The logo needs to be distorted vertically because it sits at an angle. Someone had tried to scrape the bluey-green tint off the one I had, and made a right bollock of it. I ended up scraping the lot off, fine-sanding it, and sticking the vinyl on.

Also, I have a CorelDraw file with the logo, or JPG. Surprisingly hard to find a decent one on the tinternet.

Can't recall the law regarding lights, and whether you're only not allowed blue ones facing forward (doesn't seem to apply to lorry drivers with their bloody great Rangers logos in the back of their cab

) - but a grumpy copper might take exception to the bluey-green logo in the back windscreen.

Well, law wise the only vehicles that can display ANY sort of blue light are emergency vehicles.

However as these are more of a greeny/turquoise colour, and not that bright I don't think anything will be cause for concern.
