They look like they are aimed way too high in the after pics.

The bulbs are a bit of a bugger to change ain't they? But the new bulbs do make a massive difference!
Before I changed mine (hyper white bulbs I have now), everything was yellow from my fogs, but now it's all white

I actually found the change pretty easy. The first one was a bit of a bugger as I followed your instructions from memory (I'd cleared my phones inbox not thinking about it) and followed the manual, but that turned out not to be the correct way to do it. The manual tells you to unscrew the 4 screws for the bezel, which is correct, but then tells you to unscrew the two screws in the front to remove the frame that retains the lamp, but this isn't correct. Firstly there's actually three screws (one at the bottom also), but these screws don't need to be touched, infact you shouldn't otherwise you screw-up the alignment. You simply push the frame back and then slide it up, as all the screws have springs over them which preload the frame. When you slide the frame up you can then unhook it and remove it. This then enables you to remove the lamp enough to then unscrew the two top clamps to then change the bulb (The bottom clamp doesn't need to be undone).

The New Plan
Post by NafemanNathan » Sat Jan 19, 2013 10:02 pm
Well since the Daily Lude is dead (If you hadn't heard... It's dead) I'm obviously a tad gutted (Although using it to my advantage with regards to the Project Lude) and it's caused a bit of havoc in my plan to SORN the Aerodeck and save up to get the few rust issues and small dent in the passenger door sorted
I had toyed with getting another car in order to SORN the Aerodeck, (I'm sure a lot of you can guess who's
) but there are a few things putting me off. Number one issue is the fact that it's practically built and styled to a standard I love, so I wouldn't want to change anything, but I just don't like the idea of driving around in somebody elses work! So, I think I've decided (Though the other car's still not completely out of the question
), I'm going to start using the Aerodeck as a daily and save the money I would have spent on another car, along with more to fix the rust and dent, as well as replace the steering rack which has developed a good amount play and then hopefully go for a full respray and take it from this...

And achieve either of these...

Either a respray in the original Monterey Green or Nissan Blue (or similar) or Honda Moon Rock Grey...
Lowered further, Arches Rolled and the Rims Spaced Out...
Rims Plasticoated in Matt Black...
Front "H" Badge Deleted and Serious "Eyebrowage"...
Either an EF, DA or Custom Front Lip and Front Number Plate Relocated to I don't know where yet...
Legal Window Tints Allround...
And Smoked Grey Lenses!
And that should keep me sweet!

Lol i know! That's exactly why i said or similar. It was more just a suggestion of a blue. Though i guess i could have just said blueDonald wrote:I would go with the Moon Rock Grey and the eyebrowage is an excellent idea. Reminds me of something I've seen recently.
Deserve a slap for suggesting a Nissan colour though
