Yeah you'd have to construct a bit of bulk at the front ;-)

12mm ply isn't that heavy for just a basic splitter, but it sure will weigh something if Danni's considering going all the way up to the bulkhead like he said.

5w40 Fuchs Titan Pro Race S oil

Amsoil MTF

It's going from 6" out of the bumper all the way back to just past the bulk head...

How much oil dose the prelude take?

So it's quite the span then.

5 litres in the engine

I think 2.1/2.2 litres in the box by memory.

Just over 2ltrs in the gearbox . Amsoil MTF
Engine oil 5ltrs. I have Millers XSS 10w40 semi synth in mine at the moment. But it depends on what you will be using the car mostly for? If it's mostly track, I'd go for a different grade like what nath or phil mention

Ok so it's time to order my exhaust tubing so I need to sort the bends

This is the main problem

So these are the bends I was thinking
Image
2x 90* but wasn't sure if that was to agressive so soon in the system to flow freely

2x 45*
Or
Go below with 2x 30* but that will leave the exhaust very low and mess with the splitter design

What do you all think?

not so much the flow but the heat on not only the drive shaft but the steering rack

It's being heat wrapped and making a heat shield and a small vent in the splitter so heat shouldn't be to ouch of a problem and that's the exhausts path on the polo engine
