take it to a local landfill or such thing they may let you weigh it would be cool to have an exact weight but awesome work mate :twisted:
I hit the limiter in my h23 vtec still didn't kick in

Seeing as you're messing with a rear diffuser now, can we assume she drives? :)

Not yet, just need to;
Wire in the starter switch.
Fill the gearbox and engine with fluids.
Sort the brakes and lines.
Fit the pedal box,
Order the drive shafts,
Fit the exhaust
Finish the interior,
And spray the car

I'm making my own custom front splitter that will basically go back as far as the fire wall but I'm still torn on what to make it out of.

I was thinking a plywood template but people iv spoken to have just said use 12mm plywood but I think that's to heavy so was thinking fibreglass but im unsure

I was thinking chopped strand emulsion bond fibreglass

What do you lads think?

how low is it ? if its low i would just go ply as its bound to get damaged

Not to low tbh, but could take a hit or two.. I was thinking 12mm ply would be to heavy??

I came to the conclusion of plywood! Mainly due to cost to strength! Fibre glass is a bit brittle for it imo, u'll catch it once and it'll be fubard
