It is a 102 mm straight connector (ebay link)

The one in the pic that reduces would be a ??mm to ??mm Straight reducer

I have used 'tuningpartsbay', on ebay, a couple of times for silicone hoses and reducing couplings.
They seem very good on price and delivery times.
