What have you done? Sheered off the TPS? Just get a new one if so, the chances are it will have needed to be adjusted anyway.

How are you bolting the NS engine mount? Is that plate tapped?

I think it's the tps, it's the one on the back not the top..

I'm going to be building a block under it to bolt it down to

I used a dremel on those tps bolts to turn them into flatheads

quite easy really

you shouldnt need a new throttle body

those sensors tend to get brittle and fall apart if you touch them

like the TW sensor too,

I think nafeman found some really cheap on ebay...

check that out

oh it needs to be setup with a multimeter

also the type of bolt on the fitv and iacv are the same thread so replace them with some so easy to remove/adjust in future

Yeah that's the TPS bud. I posted up a thread a while back for crazy cheap ones I found on ebay. Do a search on ebay as they might still be about. Think it was a few quid delivered. I bought one but haven't used it yet (It's just an emergency spare), so can't vouch for the quality yet.

Oh, from that angle it looks like you've welded the support brace to the side of the engine mount bracket where the pivot bolt would go through!

Yehh I have Iv done it so when I need to remove it I just do it from the other side as I welded the nut in place so I could loosed and remove the bolt when needed

0.5v closed and 4.5v open. I think it's measured on the middle wire.
