The hydraulic tensioner back in 2010 cost £92 plus the vat. The garage I use are good but they are down in Ayrshire which is a drive for you.

Yep - Gerry at Performance Tek would be your best bet.

Ask him for a quote on a Manual tensioner conversion on the H22 - Ill highly reccomend it for peace of mind.

Try Japarts for a cheap water pump. Made by Nipparts so still japanesse quality

you could look at the kaisenspeed tensioner - this is a fairly new part and there was a bit of discussion on this forum about it - difference between this and the manual tensioner kit is that its a straight swap for the oem manual tensioner. just thought id throw that into the mix.
