Same coilovers as I've just put on mine Alex, therefore, I approve!

By the way, I do believe you may have your catch can in the wrong place mate.
Mine is from the pcv valve (top right corner of the rocker cover) Sorry, not trying to body lemonade on your fireworks and it wont do any harm where it is, but it won't catch as much oil as it could either ;)

Doh! Oh well, it'll do there for now :)

What have you got the coil overs set on? I'm on 18 front and 19 back at the mo.

Yeah, I think one of my engine shots will show you where mine is. TBH, I would rather it a bit closer to the actual PCV, but limited space dictates where it is for me.

I can't remember exactly where I have the coilovers set, as I am still playing around with them,
but I subscribe to the bit-less-at-the-rear approach  It's what I always used with the Konis and it seems to work well with the R's
I THINK it may be about 26F 20R , but can take a look later if you like.

Nah, it's firm, but I used to run the Koni's on 100%F and about 85%R. These have 32 levels and I started at about 22F 18R I think, but it felt a little less responsive than I wanted.
I really think the full polybush helps here, lets the sus do it's thang 8-)

It's only a guess! But yeah, stick to the formula and have a play. Works a charm IMO.
Have to go out to the car in a bit so will have a look at the actual numbers for you. I think I may change them again, but at least you can see what you think.

Following bennyboys advice I've changed the settings around a little, currently got 23F and 18R. The handling is completely different, tail is a little happier but the ride is much smoother :)

Also moved my catch can to the other breather line, thank you very much sir :D

Yup see my profile pics for where it should be. Probably won't do any harm but, there was no can there originally. :?

When I spoke to hypertech about my Geo set up, his recommendation was for more dampening on the rear. So I am 16 clicks front, 21 clicks rear (D2's). Seems fine but haven't really went for a blast round the twisties as it's been pishing it down in Scotland recently
