talking about roll cages in Prelude's, its a real pity that Njord (PUK'er, dont think ive seen him on lude gen) has not got very far on his track Prelude project as he had a rollcage welded into it years ago - then he stopped work on it

i keep pestering him to do more every time i nip round and see it, plus do a write up online of the project but every time i see him he's concentrating on a caterham or his s14....

grrr

you'll just have to beat him to it Phil and have a cage fitted in a working lude

i think ill try and buy it off him and finish it off

. .....although there is an entire car to build from shell onwards

My Mrs never asked about the cost of the new engine, I had just told her it was 'cheaper than changing for a new car' and that was good enough.....didn't tell her what car though..

i told my other half about this thread this morning, she said but that doesnt work for you love as i can see the pay pal payments on our bank account, i tried not to laugh as i reminissed of my 2hour drive to dinos for the bumpers my trip to gaynos for the lowering kit my nice new set of toyos at work and all the stuff ive done in the engine bay ive paid cash for lol. now to make sure she cant sign into my LG account and see my post

My missus HATES me spending money on the car. Shes still angry at me spending £3k on getting the car back on the road.
Good job i didnt tell her about the £3k i spent on the audio.
