Re: Merlin's 4G Track Lude
I'm comfortable enough to assume that I'm deffo getting Dino's engine now. All that is left to do is to drive down to Wales, hand the man a wadge of cash, and in return I get a built ~277bhp H22a
It's not in my possession yet but its now virtually assured. When the engine is out for the swap im going to install the new heater/blower system, replace all the heater hoses in the engine bay while I'm at it.
I have one dilema though, clutches
At the moment I have an Exedy clutch to put in, bought when all thought I was going to be using was my spare H22a7. Obviously I'm going to be putting in a much better clutch. Do splurge the £300-£400 on a decent paddle clutch now? Or do I install the Exedy and wait untill next year when I plan to fit an LSD & final drive?
On a much less exciting note I bought a towing strap for the front of the car. With my low front lip the OEM towing points are practically inaccessible, towing from them would have ripped my lip off. Luckily I have never been off before.

Personally id sell your exeddy on and put those funds towards a copetition stage 4 paddle clutch.

October light art
First attempt at some light shots for this year. OUr time got cut short because of chavs trying to practice their rally skills on the wet grass
And my big torch broke so the cars arnt bathed in as much light as I'd want either.

Re: Merlin's 4G Track Lude - Some light art yo!
Cheers for the heads up but I have a Fidanza 8lb fly wheel here and I need to get a new clutch as it will be taking serious pinishment
Also I think I will be getting a 4 puck clutch.
