Thanks guys.
Glad you guys noticed the hair. It's always been bright red, but it just had to go orange when I got the car.
My other half and I always do jobs on the cars together. The thing about being a girl is that you can get your little hands/arms in those tight spaces in the engine that men cant!!!! My last wheels were a Chevrolet Astro dayvan 4.3 V6 200bhp. Didn't want to part with it, but couldn't afford the petrol in it anymore.

(Note to self - remember to photo-shop side boob in future, lol)
PS. I cant take credit for the colour scheme, it was a previous owners work. But I will definately be adding to it.

If you'd ever changed a set of plugs on a Chevy you'd know what I meant! lol

I could have used you when I was doing a top end rebuild on my Astro. I just put the damn thing on the 4-poster and dropped the engine out of it in the end!Tango Tiger wrote:If you'd ever changed a set of plugs on a Chevy you'd know what I meant! lol

That is a very nice car you have there too. Used to be owned by a chap I know called Gavin. A couple of photos of the paint job work being done:

Oh, and just to warn you, we're a bit demented on here, not often that we have females that will venture into the madhouse! Be warned!

Plugs, water pump, starter motor, idler arms, exhaust system.... just a few things we did on the Chevy.Crazy_C wrote:I could have used you when I was doing a top end rebuild on my Astro. Oh and I can give as good as I get, I've been on forums for a few years now. I also run one, lol.
Been in touch with Gav quite a lot. Found his St Christopher in the car. He sent me some bits as a thankyou. Shame we both had to deal with the dodgy coupe I bought the car off, he's had a few problems with the car he got off them too.
