why 2 wheel you say, ok a 250bhp to the ton and 50mpg car cant be a production car unless its got a real daft turbo or nos, thats my reasoning anyhow. supose a heavily moded car could, but then 50mpg? coupled with the fact you wont say how many wheels without giving it away ummm will have to sleep on it
i would say 250bhp-ton and 50mpg would sugest its very light. are your calcalations correct? is it just a stripped down car? that would be annoying. but cant be as you would just say it has 4 wheels. so could it poss have 3 wheels at the mo i wonder

1.6vtec mini would get those kind of numbers. The number of wheels changing is a bit strange tho, unless hes replacing the steering wheel with an xbox controller

A Mazda T2000?...

And you say you're going to Domify it, and it'll be open to the elements, so it'll end up looking like this...

Which means you can put whatever engine anywhere
I can also see you changing your mind and taking this route instead...

Haha, Phil, I was having fun there!! He is right, it's a trike project. 1994 Yamaha Diversion 900, 29k on the clocks, and the perfect base bike for a conversion.
I have to get the bike back, fiddle with the carbs a bit to get it running smooth, remove the rear swing arm and fit the trike rear end to it. Trike rear frame is £390, prop conversion is £100, then I just stick a reliant axle on there, hook up some extra lights and a handbrake and away I go! I'll do a forward control modification on it as well as remove the fairings just to make it a bit more "me" and it'll be great fun. Just need to decide if I'll do a welded diff or not
