Fooking idiots, no respect for the classics!! As for the value, that's about right. Mine has an agreed insurance value of £2500 on it
They're just jealous that they don't have load space in a sporty 2 door wagon, they've all got coupes, they're soooo last season!
That is tidy though, puts both of ours to shame a bit actually doesn't it, with just how clean and tidy that is!

I prefer mineCrazy_C wrote:That is tidy though, puts both of ours to shame a bit actually doesn't it, with just how clean and tidy that is!

And wow! I know I got mine cheap, but the going rate seems to be closer to the £1000 mark. £1650-£2500 seems crazy... Although I do like the thought of it

How much did you pay for yours again?... Because wasn't yours supposedly a mint example?

Phil, for the era, the Aerodeck was extremely sporty. Air resistance of 0.38 in a wind tunnel, and even in the original carb'd engine, it had 100hp/ton (110hp/ton in the FI models), which even by today's standards isn't bad at all. I believe the correct scientific response to your statement is "ya boo sucks to you"
Nathan, I paid £800 for mine, and it's exceptionally tidy and pretty mint, but not 100% mint. The paint is a bit rough with age, and I have 3 or 4 little spots of surface rust, but other than that, mine's spot on.
