Just run the Lude up to get a quote for bodywork and paint as follows
Paint all round (blow over where possible)some lacquer peel on o/s door, rear quarter and o/s wing small amount on n/s front wing
both rear arches need attention but by no means bad.(will weld new metal in where required)
Roof and boot showing little dots of white where the lacqer is going
Quoted £4,000
Apparantley you cant rub it down and blow over the sound bits to match(it will react with the previous paint
Also has quoted £5-600 for paint
Thoughts folks?

I have kleptomania,
But when it gets bad,
I take something for it.

£4k is a lot for a standard respray however if it was for a resto then that would be in the right ballpark.
