1999 2.2 for sale can't bear to scrap it!

Hi all

thought i would try this forum before ebaying our beloved 1999 2.2vtec prelude!

Sadly, the gear box has gone after 138k miles so can get it to run in first but nothing else - typically this has happened a week after sailing through another MOT.

Any offer for the purchase of the old girl but must be collected from home address 30 minutes from Windermere?

If you can't sell it as a whole, have you thought about stripping it of all the sell-able parts before scrapping it?
There will always be a market for Prelude parts particularly hard to find parts.

thanks for the suggestion-I would rather someone else took it off me to maybe do what you suggest as we have been able to get an s2000 to replace the prelude which is now sat forlornly at the roadside!

How much are you looking for out of interest? The prospect of an H22a8 is very tempting.
