Had to mow the lawn at my parents, so pictures

Needs another wash already, but just had the tracking done and the handling is much improved. Definitely looking forward to the one-way mountain road this year

Woop just did all the brake pads and bled the brakes
Might bleed the clutch as well tomorrow.
- Redo interior wiring (CarPC/speakers)
- Fit heated seat elements
- Fit rear spats
- Paint plastic sills
- Tidy headlight wiring
- Replace fog light bulbs
- Clean engine bay
- Fit exhaust header heat wrap
I also bought a new bulb for the foglight that doesn't work, might do that tomorrow as well. I also got some primer for the the rear spats, so I need to very carefully remove all the paint that's on them and spray them.
The weather is getting amazing so I might even get round to doing the interior one of these weeks!

Yeah they feel much more responsive. Pedal feel is better as well after the bleed.
Just wondering whether to heat wrap the manifold, or have it sprayed with that ceramic coating... Do you know of anywhere that does the ceramic coating in the UK?
The weather is good today so I was thinking of getting the heatwrap done!

Well, I wrapped the manifold! Not the best job, but as long as it lowers the engine bay temps I'm happy. If I find someone local who can do the Zirtec (or any) ceramic heat coating I'll remove it and have that done, otherwise it might have to wait until I can get it done in the UK.
The exhaust came off nice and easy so was a very simple job (I had put some copper grease on the bolts before fitting). However I noticed one of the nuts on the manifold/downpipe has dissapeared and I don't have any spare that are the right size!

It isn't the greatest heat wrap either, it's horrible to work with! Keeps fraying and doesn't bend well at all.
Might bleed the clutch now as well, that's a very easy job! I also need to change the coolant, haven't done that in quite a while.

Nice
So nearly ending up bringing the S over to your neck of the woods last weekend. I wanted to go for a play before the TT insanity gears up
I will deffo get there, if only to prove to the missus that the island isn't just about speed
I've not been there for ages, and I'm getting I.o.M need pangs
